3 Tablespoons of Baking powder

1 Tablespoon of cinnamon

2 Cups semisweet chocolate chips

1 stick of butter

1 1/4 Cups of milk

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  2. In a mixer, mix the dry ingredients.  3.  cut butter into pieces and add to dry mixture and mix until coarse and sandy.  4.  Add milk and mix until almost combined.  5.  Add chocolate chips and mix evenly through the dough.  6.  Turn dough out onto floured surface.  7.  Knead dough 10 time to bring it together.  8.  With rolling pin, roll dough to 1" thickness.  9.  While dough is in a round, cut dough with a knife like you would a pie, into an even amount. 10.. Put onto ungreased sheet pan and bake about 15 min., or until golden brown.  SOOOOO Good!
